Uluslararası Sosyal, Siyasal ve Mali Araştırmalar Kongresi, akademik etik ilkeler çerçevesinde düzenlenmektedir. Kongrenin bilim kurulunda farklı ülkelerden bilim insanları yer almakta ve kongreye gönderilen çalışmalar hakem değerlendirme sürecine dahil edildikten sonra kongre programına ve bildiri kitaplarına dahil edilmektedir. Hakemler tarafından onaylanmayan çalışmalar kongrede yer almamaktadır. USSMAK’ta yer alan bildiriler Doçentlik kriterlerini sağlamaktadır. International Congress of Social, Political and Financial Researches is organized within the framework of academic ethical principles. There are scientists from different countries in the scientific committee of the congress, and the studies sent to the congress are included in the congress program and proceedings books after being included in the referee evaluation process. Studies that are not approved by the referees are not included in the congress. Papers in ICSPFR meet the criteria for Associate Professorship. ICSPFR is carried out in the form of online and virtual presentations. Papers presented at the congress are published on the congress' YouTube channel.
